For the first time that I can remember, the floors of our motorhome were clean after a service appointment. Danny Fyffe59 days agoIn all of my years owning RV’s I have never found a RV repair company that didn’t take forever to do the work and it was never done how it should have been done. I was recommended to Bell Rd RV Center because I couldn’t find anyone who did what I needed to have done. Wow, I am so glad I found this company, not only did they communicate with me regarding every update, they had it all done in record time. I will never take my RV’s anywhere else. Chris Childers71 days agoI made an appointment. Needed oil changed in the class A RV and the oil in the generator. Had them do their routine inspection. They found cracks in the roof around the AC unit. They always call when they find something and will make suggestions on how to handle the repairs. I got my rig back in a timely fashion. Place may not look like much, but great service and they do a great job.Posted on Google

Facility is clean, well managed and will compete an assessment of other items that may need repair. Finished on time and on my way. Josh is a great service advisor and Junior was the technician. Paul Zaglifa177 days agoI went into Bell Road RV 20 minutes before closing and The guys behind the counter Eddie and Anthony went above and beyond to help me find all the parts I needed. They were super great not only did they help me find the parts they made sure they were the correct parts before I purchased them. These two guys were super great. I really appreciate it. I was even there 10 minutes after they closed and they were still helping me with all of my stupid customer questions lol What a great experience thank you Anthony and Eddie. I had a ridiculous price quoted to me to repair a broken cable on my pop-up camper . by a service department connected to a dealership which will go unnamed. I got the feeling they were over pricing me so they could try to sell me something new. Bell RV was super professional, courteous, and honest. Fix the cable and rebuilt my gray and black tank plumbing had a very acceptable price. Had it done in about 10 days even with the five business day wait to get the cable needed to do the repair. They also identified a leak in my toilet at the floor level and repaired that in a day. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone who is tired of dealing with the standard RV dealership/service department businesses.Posted on Google
Blu Otis243 days agoI was in need of a roof patch and furnace repair on my older Fleetwood Searcher. I had held off traveling from the Pacific northwest for the past three weeks knowing I would be in Phoenix for a while. In my opinion Phoenix has the Lions share of RV service centers that you could imagine. I was fortunate to have friends that were from the area and had had repairs done under own RVs. I was directed to this establishment and I did my own Google search and read the reviews and felt confident when I walked in the door. James was the service representative who helped me. Turns out he’s third generation of family at this operation. They were able to take me in right away and at least diagnose the issue with the furnace and order the necessary component needed to bring it back to life. Afterwards, we made arrangements to bring my RV in in a few days for the roof repair and also finish with the furnace. Another technician,Josh kept me up-to-date on the diagnosis during my wait time which I appreciate it. Overall, I was very pleased with the detailed explanation for repairs and would consider myself a very satisfied customer and would not hesitate to Recommend this family rent business to others.Posted on Google

Jill Thomas261 days agoWe had been to three previous RV repair places on our trip to Phoenix from Vermont with no luck in getting our furnace fixed. Almost $1,000 later we made it to Phoenix and called Bell road RV because they were conveniently located to where my son lives. They got us in the next day and fixed the furnace lickety split. They were super friendly and the price was extremely Fair and the work was done really quickly and really well. We're very happy and would absolutely use them again!+0Posted on Google

Alan Bodie293 days agoI had a number of coach issues performed for our Airstream Interstate, including reviving the wastewater hose retractor, a check on the fridge cooling, and servicing of the LP generator. I found Bell Rd RV very positive to deal with, the service staff were very committed to get things right, and I plan to return again when the need arises.Posted on Google

There was some warranty stuff that took Dometic awhile to sort out, but every time I called to check in, the team at Bell Rd RV was helpful and informative. I would definitely use them again.
